She has been in the development sector for over 8 years, beginning her journey at Aangan Trust, a renowned child rights organization. Her tenure there saw her excel as a caseworker and program associate at the Government Children's home in Mumbai. Additionally, she worked on a community project dedicating 3 years to mentoring adolescent girls over a range of topics including career guidance, developing communication skills and emotional intelligence, and safety awareness. Prior to working in the development sector, she worked as an independent tutor and taught students from the higher secondary grades. Her expertise extends to education where she has honed her skills in teaching and mentoring school students and working alongwith families to collectively make informed choices for the overall wellbeing of the student. Her impactful contributions include collaborating closely with school management, coaching the teachers and school leaders, and creating efficient operational frameworks.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she has been a dedicated volunteer across various domains for around 3 years championing causes like community health, domestic violence awareness, education and mentoring of children and youth. At present, her focus lies on designing cutting-edge curriculum for higher secondary students to improve their learning experiences.
