She is currently a Placement Officer at KLESs College of Business Administration and runs her own career counselling practice. 

Abhilasha holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Marketing & IT, MA in Prakrit and is pursuing a Masters in Psychology. Fluent in five languages, she is a strong communicator with a talent for problem-solving and decision-making.
